Dr. Peter Zajac is an experienced attorney providing various legal services, as well as court proceedings in fraud cases, advising his German speaking clients in various areas within German desk.

He specialised in commercial law, civil law, insolvency and civil proceedings. as well as advising German speaking clients in respect of their activities in the Slovak market and provide assistance to Slovak companies having business relations in the German speaking countries (e. g. debt collection, corporate advices).

He is also working as the bankruptcy trustee, with the ability to be assigned in the personal bankruptcy proceedings, corporate bankruptcy proceedings and also in the restructuring proceedings.
